If you are not 100% satisfied with a product you purchased from us, let us know and we will do our best to make it right.
Product Returns and Refunds
- If there is a defect in a product when you receive it, we will repair or replace it, and pay for return shipping. If we are unable to do so, we will provide a refund, including shipping cost.
- A product without a metal finish that is not made to order may be returned within 15 days of receiving the product for a refund, if it is in original condition. If the product was installed or used, it may not be returned. If you received free shipping when you placed your order, we will deduct a minimum of $10 for shipping and handling from the total refund we provide you. If we sent you the wrong product, we will provide a full refund.
- A product with a metal finish that is made to order may not be returned. If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it.
- You may return a non-made-to-order product that is in its original condition for a refund within 15 days of receiving the product. Notify us before returning a product.
