Shipping Fees
Free shipping on orders over $50.
For orders less than $50, the shipping and handling fees are:
- $6.75 for orders up to $19.99
- $8.25 for orders between $20.00 and $39.99
- $9.75 for orders between $40.00 and $49.99
Shipping Carriers
We ship our products from San Diego, California via the following carriers:
- United States Postal Service (USPS): Small products and parts are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, which has a transportation time of about 2 to 3 days (Monday through Saturday).
- FedEx Ground: Large products, such as faucets and shower systems, are shipped via FedEx Ground, which has a transport time of up to 5 days.
Expedited Delivery
For ready-to-ship, in-stock products, cartridges, and parts, we offer expedited delivery for $60.
If your order is received by noon Pacific Time, it will usually ship the same day, otherwise it will ship the following day. Expedited delivery delivers packages within the continental United States usually by the next day (Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays).
